With the new office Advantage Realty, Inc. has introduced a top-notch computer and telephone network which includes Internet access, a comprehensive website, scanned photos and graphic presentations, digital cameras, database management systems, voice mail and Internet capabilities which allows agents to access valuable information at the touch of a button. Now Advantage Realty's sales agents have the capability to access multiple listing information, the company's database, and the Internet from their home, their car, or the client's home as well as the office. Advantage Realty, Inc. is a full-service company with expertise in the sale of residential homes, single-family lots. In recent years the company has become heavily involved in the farm, commercial, and industrial real estate market.

The former Joan Broderick is a native of Morris. In her 30+ years of selling real estate, she has been frequently recognized by the Illinois Association of Realtors for outstanding sales production. Joan has recently received the CRB Designation, ABR Designation, and the ABRM Designations.

John W. Hynds
"Jack" is fifth generation resident of Morris and Grundy County and is the senior partner of Hynds, Yohnka, Bzdill, and McInerney. A graduate of University Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree and his Juris Doctor Degree from Northwestern University.
