In December 1998 Advantage Realty, Inc. moved to 900 West Route 6 - Morris' newest office complex. With the new office, Advantage Realty introduced a top-notch network with all of the new technology available (at the time, internet was just getting more popular!) which allowed agents to access valuable information at the touch of a button. Now Advantage Realty's sales agents have the mobile capability to access multiple listing information (MLS), hundreds of database websites & apps, and the Internet from their home, their car, or the client's home as well as the office.  Advantage Realty, Inc. is a full-service company with expertise in the purchase or sale of residential homes, single-family lots & multi-family homes. Also for the past 2 decades we have become heavily involved in the farm, commercial, and industrial real estate market space.

After all these years, Advantage Realty continues to be the preeminent boutique-style Real Estate firm in Grundy County based on a partnership between a supportive managing broker with successful and happy sales associates who together provide the best available real estate services in the community. John W. Hynds

Owner and consultant

"Jack" is fifth generation resident of Morris and Grundy County and is the senior partner of Hynds, Yohnka, Bzdill, and McInerney.   A graduate of University Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree and his Juris Doctor Degree from Northwestern University.

Jack has been active in Real Estate Development for over 30 years and brings expertise in:
